The following exams: PIES-PGI, ERPs360, ICT, ICT-B, WCI, WCI-B have been developed using research-action methodology. These exams are intended to assist organizations, staff, and human resources management in measuring new and specific behaviors related to recent work challenges, which require proactive attention. The norms currently utilized are based on behavioral patterns observed among effective employees within our test group and initial clients. It is important to note that while these tests are capable of discerning specific required behaviors, they are still undergoing an international validation process. The database is meticulously maintained to ensure the generation of accurate standards over time. These results should be considered in conjunction with other methods such as interviews, role playing, and credential reviews.

In view of the above, all respondents and corporate clients hereby absolve the ERPs research team, their staff, and associates of any responsibility pertaining to hiring, firing, or staff relocation decisions made based on the results of these tests.
